Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive online sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to create high-quality visual content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.

Preferred:

• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
